Mariner Wealth Advisors to Acquire Allegiant Private Advisors

Mariner Wealth Advisors, a national wealth advisory firm, today announced that it has entered into a binding agreement to acquire Allegiant Private Advisors, of Sarasota, Fla. Mariner Wealth Advisors has a rapidly-growing national footprint with more than 360 advisors across 46 offices, and has completed 23 acquisitions since its inception. This will be the advisory firm’s third office in Florida.
