Our Firm

Where We Started

We founded our privately held national advisory firm in 2006 with one location, just seven associates and $300 million in assets under advisement,1 initially offering clients wealth planning and then adding services including tax planning and insurance solutions, under one roof. We began with a mission to always put clients first, associates second and shareholders last, and that mission continues to guide us today.

Where We Are Today

We provide 360° wealth management by creating long-term relationships with our clients and their families, driven by a commitment to put their interests first. Our personalized approach incorporates every aspect of our clients’ lives into a wealth management plan—we’re committed to being here for everything life brings their way. Since 2006, our firm has grown to over 70 locations, 1,000+ associates and more than $62 billion in assets under advisement.2

Where We’re Headed

We continue a trajectory of asset growth through strategic acquisitions, lift-outs, organic growth and partnership alliances, with a mission to continue to attract and develop diverse, top talent who will help us better serve clients on a national level. Our ongoing growth plan includes adding more locations across the United States to expand opportunities for advisors and enhance service to our clients.
