I appreciate being in a position where I can uncover talent, share our firm’s story and convert prospective talent into highly successful associates and advisors. I also enjoy making a difference in people’s lives by working with them to enhance their careers and to reach their full potential.

Experience and Education

Amy leads the talent team and recruiting efforts firm-wide by collaborating with leaders across the country on a proactive recruiting strategy to support the firm’s rapid growth and expansion initiatives. She executes the hiring strategy from initial sourcing to onboarding new associates. In addition, she builds networks to identify top talent for current and future opportunities.

Prior to joining Mariner Wealth Advisors, she served as the director of talent acquisition at ProActivate, where she identified decision makers and presented ProActivate’s value and model to maximize account expansion opportunities and onboarding of new clients. She developed position profiles based on specific needs and expectations of directors, vice presidents and CEOs.

Amy has a bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising from Missouri State University.
