I love the art of matching amazing talent with the right team at the right time. As a recruiter I establish meaningful and life- changing relationships with candidates, potentially transforming a person’s way of living, their environment and future career. Deciding to make a career move is one of the biggest decisions in people’s lives. If you offer the care and attention these decisions deserve, you can make a significant positive impact in someone’s life. I also enjoy partnering with leadership to understand where we need advisors to support the growth of local offices or new locations.

Experience and Education

Melissa Joined Mariner Wealth Advisors to support the growing tax team and to recruit advisors in the East region. She has over 15 years of experience recruiting talent.

Prior to joining Mariner Wealth Advisors, she worked at Starbucks recruiting managers, leading the field recruiting team for multiple regions and recruiting retail leadership. She also recruited for Starbucks corporate across supply chain, real estate and plants. Prior to that, Melissa served as the  director of recruitment for Wyndham Worldwide.

Melissa has a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University.
