I enjoy working with business owners and growing businesses inorganically. I have a natural propensity to be forward-looking and am passionate about creating win-wins for both Mariner Wealth Advisors and our partners. I also enjoy developing new relationships and communicating strategic plans to the firm’s executives.

Experience and Education

As a director on the corporate development & strategy team, Vincent executes growth strategies for the firm and assesses and identifies key firm acquisitions across the United States. He is responsible for merger and acquisition valuations, financial modeling and financial diligence.

Prior to joining Mariner Wealth Advisors, he served as a financial analyst at Abbott, where he had profit and loss ownership for two laboratories. He was also tasked with developing financial models and partnering with cross-functional teams to gain intelligence for the preparation of quarterly forecasts and annual budgets and developing financial models for capital expenditures.

Before that, Vincent worked at H&R Block as a financial analyst for mergers and acquisitions (M&A), where he was responsible for financial modeling and valuations of M&A targets, leading financial and operational due diligence, along with other related duties. Prior to that, he was a corporal for the United States Marine Corps, where he served proudly in California, Okinawa, Afghanistan and Arizona. Vincent is a recipient of the Afghanistan Campaign Medal and the Good Conduct Medal.

Vincent has a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Missouri – Kansas City, where he graduated magna cum laude and was vice president of UMKC’s Financial Management Association.
